Civitarese|Morgan is the prototypical architect for Pollo Campero. We designed and maintain two freestanding prototypes, we provide site adapts of the prototypes and interior finish out services for locations in our reagons. We provide test fits for new locations nation wide and schematic design through permitting services for all projects in our reagons.

Civitarese|Morgan is the prototypical architect for Front Burner. We designed and maintain the freestanding prototype for the Whiskey Cake Brand, we provide site adapt and interior finish out services fo Whiskey Cake locations and provide interior finish out and freestanding building construction drawings for the 60 Vines the concept. We also provide test fits and due diligence for new locations and schematic design through permitting services for corporate projects.

Civitarese|Morgan Architecture provides inline and freestanding construction Document roll out services for the concepts that CRO operate. These concepts include Cantina Laredo, El Chico, Good Eats and Black Oak Grill and the projects include new stores and remodels. The projects scope of services span from Design services thru permit services and are currently freestanding buildings, new shells, existing shell space and remodels of existing locations.

Civitarese|Morgan was the prototypical architect for Pizza Inn. We designed and maintained the freestanding prototype and distribute it to their franchisees. We provided freestanding as well as inline site adaptations for their buffet and express stores. We also provided schematic design through permitting services for all corporate projects, and due diligence for new projects, which gives Pizza Inn’s construction department a complete picture when deciding whether to approve a site for development.

Civitarese|Morgan provided inline site adaptation services for Genghis Grill projects, which span due diligence through permitting services. These projects involve inline finish-outs of both new and existing shell space, and typically also include adding a covered patio or an exterior walk-in cooler to the building. Civitarese|Morgan does whatever is necessary to ensure that projects meet the client’s operational requirements and are truly functional, essential to the ultimate success of the project.

Civitarese|Morgan worked with the owners to create this new Asian fusion restaurant. Our services for the 3,400-square-foot inline restaurant extended from initial schematic design through permitting. We were also responsible for the kitchen and bar design, and selection of finishes and fixtures for the new concept.

Civitarese|Morgan was the prototypical architect for the three Gatti’s Pizza concepts: delivery stores, buffet stores (5,000 to 15,000 square feet), and GattiTown buffet-and-midway stores (15,000 to 40,000 square feet). Beyond designing and maintaining the prototypes for all three concepts, we provided full-service inline site adaptations for all corporate locations. In addition, we developed comprehensive design manuals used by franchisee for all three concepts and update them as needed.

Civitarese|Morgan provided full-service site adaptation (freestanding and inline) and remodeling for Arby’s corporate and franchise stores. The projects range from 1,300-square-foot convenience store locations to 3,000-square-foot freestanding prototypes and conversion projects. We have also completed several remodels for corporate locations throughout the Dallas area.

Civitarese|Morgan designed the prototype for an Applebee’s franchisee. For existing Applebee’s restaurants, we have handled site adaptations, conversions of existing buildings, and remodels. The typical project encompasses due diligence through permit services.

Civitarese|Morgan designed a freestanding prototype for Hideaway Pizza and provided site adaptation services for the building in multiple locations. We designed a Hideaway Pizza restaurant  in the Automobile Alley district in Oklahoma City within an existing historic building. The project scope spanned schematic design through construction administration.

Civitarese|Morgan provides inline site adaptation services for franchise locations in both new and existing shells. Services extend from space planning through permitting, including due diligence and site surveys.

Civitarese|Morgan provided inline site adaptation services for Hobby Lobby. Services primarily involve construction documents and permitting for these large (50,000-plus square feet) retail projects.
